    Return Policy:
    • You must Contact Us for return authorization and address before any returns or exchanges.
    • We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from date of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • We are an Authorized Dealer for every item we carry. 
    • All items come with full manufacturer’s warranty, if you are curious about the warranty coverage please check with Manufacturers Warranty Coverage
    • As an Authorized Dealer you will be able to receive full support from the Manufacturer, Any direct rebates or specials that might be offered.

    Product Support:

    • If it seems defective please contact the manufacturer’s customer support first, most times the question can be answered by them. Ever Brand we sell has a website with a support section as well as a direct support phone number.
    • Please Contact Us to replace a defective unit after confirming it is in fact defective with the respective manufacturer, we will work with the manufacturer to replace it. The buyer is responsible for shipping the return to us, we will cover shipping a replacement. International customers pay for shipping both ways.

Shipping Policies:
  • We offer Fedex shipping on all items in our product catalog within the continental U.S. for physical address (orders to PO BOX you must select USPS shipping)  For orders outside of the continental U.S. Please add your item/s to your cart with your address so that the shipping calculator can best calculate shipping for an accurate price quote.
  • All Items and assorted accessories ship within 2-4 business days of cleared payment received by 8am EST; most items ship the next business day.
  • Tracking information is automatically sent to your email address within 24 hours of shipment. If you have not received tracking within three days of payment please check your spam filter before contacting us. We only ship on business days, not weekends or holidays. We do not offer local pick-up.
  • We must ship to the address that is given to us in the original order so please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We can’t change the shipping address once you have paid, these orders are auto uploaded into the warehouse.
