Customer service and shipping hours are Monday-Friday, 10am to 4pm EST. We are not open on weekends nor all major holidays (with reduced availability during the Christmas week, Thanksgiving week, and July 4th week Holidays).

A: Most items ship within 48 business hours of cleared payment by 9am EST during normal operating hours (USPS takes an additional 24 hours due to postal pick-up) and a Ship notification is auto-emailed 24 hours later to your email. Ex: You pay for an item on Friday afternoon we do not see it until the following business day which is Monday.  You can check on the status in Your Account.
