Are the items new, with Warranty? Are you an Authorized dealer?
Yes all items are brand new in original box with all of the accessories, unless indicated otherwise. Some items are Factory B stocks, that condition is disclosed and explained on the item’s page. All items carry full manufacturer’s warranties. We are an authorized dealer for each brand we sell.
Do you still have more stock if the last one just sold?
Yes, in most instances new stock is received continuously at the fulfillment centers. Simply email us the name of the item you are interested in and we will check on its availability.
Can You Do a Better Price than the displayed Price?
Yes in most cases we can give you a better price. We offer a number of value-added bundles and can customize most. We also offer multiple quantity discounts, Simply Contact Us.
What is meant by Factory B stock/Refurb?
Factory B stock/Refurb is ordered directly from the manufacturer. These items could have been used as a demo pieces for trade shows or as display units or rep demo or it could be refurbished. We order these from the factory regularly and they come indistinguishable from retail packaging, including a full manufacturer’s warranty and all of their accessories as if new. We do not see these items individually as they get shipped directly to our warehouse from the factory. Please note these items are available on a first come first serve basis.
When are items shipped?
Most items ship within 48-72 business hours of cleared payment by 9am EST during normal operating hours and a Ship notification is auto-emailed to your email. Ex: You pay for an item on Friday afternoon we do not see it until the following business day which is Monday. Need it quickly: Please enter a Street address for shipping to avoid delays in processing.
Do you offer Combined Shipping?
Yes, we do. Simply add all items you intend on purchasing to your shopping cart and checkout together.
What if the item shipped to me is incorrect?
Simply use the Contact Form and tell us what you received as well as what you should have received along with the order name, item name and order number. We will need photos to substantiate your claim. Occasionally there may be a warehouse pick/pack error or an item may have been mislabeled. All these issues can be taken care of, they are honest mistakes; we ship hundreds of packages every week and do our best to be accurate.
How much is shipping? / Can you ship to my location? / How is International Shipping Handled?
Shipping is usually free within the Continental US. We offer expedited free shipping on selected items, depending on your location the time will vary from 1-3 business days. Additional shipping fees, change of address requests or more information may be needed for large dimensional weight items for the following locations included but not limited to PO Boxes, APO/FPO locations, Alaska, Guam, American Samoa, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. If the item has a large dimensional weight (for example a speaker stand) you will need to contact us for ALL OVERSEAS orders to see if feasible to ship. We also offer international shipping to selected countries; please allow 3 extra business days for international orders handling. Shipping cost and options are shown during checkout. What is the return policy?
AudioTopia.com maintains a full, money-back guarantee (excluding any shipping charges/software) on items returned within 30 days of purchase, if for any reasons you are not fully satisfied. You may also return a defective product for refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Due to the nature of purchasing online codes, all sales are final. (Codes are non-returnable).
Can I exchange for another item?
Our goal is to get you into the right product. We can accommodate most audio product needs. We have a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. Simply Contact Us.
What are your Holiday Hours?
We are closed for all major U.S. Holidays: Thanksgiving, Xmas/New Year, Memorial Day, 4th of July & Labor Day. Any cleared paid orders received after these Holiday dates will not get processed until next business day.
