Shipping Information

Our Fulfillment Setup

We use a combination of Warehouses, from our Own warehouse to Direct Fulfillment by Manufacturer to Fulfillment by Amazon to store most of our products and directly packs and ships orders on our behalf. You are benefiting from one of the most advanced warehouse distribution networks in the world. The fulfillment services network is comprised of a dozen warehouses across the country; an automated system optimizes the shipping of orders according to delivery area based on the item's warehouse location and proximity to its destination.

Shipping

Shipping is always free within the Continental US and expedited shipping is offered on selected items, depending on your location. We also offer free Expedited* shipping on items $99 and over shipping that are not oversize freight since this service is simply not available: select the option that best meets your needs (note most items that are cases and bags such as from Gator do not qualify). While most orders ship UPS ground, we use a variety of carriers, thus your package may be delivered via FedEx, UPS, USPS, ENSENDIA, LASERSHIP, ONTRAC, BLUE_PACKAGE or PRESTIGE but always fully insured. Shipping cost and options are shown during checkout. In Stock items should arrive in 1-7 business days, depending on your location and method of shipment. If you have trouble please Contact Us.

Items that are bundled may arrive in multiple packages.

All products show the estimated shipping times within the checkout once you have entered your information. If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package via the Your Orders page. The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail.

We only ship on business days, rarely on weekends or holidays unless there are special rush requests. We are strictly E-Commerce and do not offer local pick-up. Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We can’t change the shipping address once you have paid. If you require a special arrangement for your delivery, please Contact Us ahead of time. If you wish to add an item to an open order after you have already fully checked out, you'll need to place a new order for the other item to avoid any delays.

Oversized Products

Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes unless it is oversized. Additional shipping fees, change of address requests or more information may be needed for large dimensional weight items for the following locations including but not limited to PO Boxes, APO/FPO locations, Alaska, Guam, American Samoa, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. If the product has a large dimensional weight (for example a speaker stand) you will need to contact us for any outside the Continental US and overseas orders to see if feasible to ship. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order.

When you select an incorrect type of shipping that is for a product that is oversize, we may use LTL Freight ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you since this is the only method available. Transit times are typically 3-9 business days depending on your location and type of shipping you choose.

Why You May Not See Tracking Information

Although the first package scan should be done upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination, it may not be occur until delivery. If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, your package should still arrive on time. Tracking information is automatically sent to your email.

Canceling Orders

The great majority of orders placed on AudioTopia.com enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Orders with “Shipping” or “In Process” status or having shipped cannot be modified.

If your order has not shipped: You can cancel the order via YOUR ACCOUNT.

If your order has already shipped: You would need to refuse delivery or request a return when the item arrives. Simply go to our 30 day return policy page.

Shipping Outside of the Continental U.S., including Guam/US Territories and Military APO addresses

Please select the appropriate shipping option, the warehouse only allows expedited due to the shipping restrictions and limitations for your area.

Additional shipping fees and restrictions may apply for the following locations including, but not limited to: PO Boxes, Military APO/FPO locations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam/U.S. Territories located outside the Continental U.S.. Need it quickly?  Please enter a Street Address for shipping to avoid delays in processing. PO Box addresses cannot accept express shipping.

International Shipping

We also offer international shipping to selected countries; please allow 3 extra business days for international orders handling. Please contact us for a quote if you want us to ship your items to an international location. We can accommodate most worldwide requests. We use a shipping warehouse specialized in the international shipping modalities as well as in the preparation of custom paperwork and other documents. We only ship USPS Global Express or Global Priority depending on the item. Express orders are estimated to arrive within 2 business weeks of actual shipment, Priority within 3-4 weeks of shipment. Transit times can vary for a variety of countries. We can’t control the way Customs operate in different countries or anticipate customs delays. Thus shipments may take longer than expected. We ship everything within 3 business days of receiving payment, not including weekends or holidays. You are responsible for all levied charges such as customs, VAT and other taxes or fees requested by the carrier. If assessed, these charges are collected by the carrier upon delivery of your purchase. Products we sell come with US voltage and you may need a plug adapter or voltage converter, conversely some items have universal voltage; please research this before placing your order and plan accordingly.
