Sapele is a light hardwood from tropical Africa with a golden to dark reddish brown color. A close relative of mahogany, its grain is interlocked, and has a uniform texture and good natural luster. The rosettes in all our ukuleles are drawn by hand and engraved by laser.
The nut may be a small component, but one that determines the pitch of the sound. The nut and saddle of the NUB310 are made from bone (not from plastic). Just one of the details that make this ukulele truly special.
Headstock design is an integral part of our identity. All Flight ukuleles feature a carefully-designed headstock fitted with geared tuners that will always stay in tune.

You may return a defective product for refund or exchange.
All returns require authorization and original packaging otherwise we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
Defective or non-defective returns are processed differently. Items do not necessarily go back to the location from which they shipped.

Returned items that are lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility (which is YOU, when you return an item to us). It is important to send us and save the tracking information.
After receiving the item you must contact us within 30 days from the date of product receipt with the reason for the return and secure a Return authorization number (RA #) and return details.
