RME Digiface Ravenna 256-Channel USB Audio Interface Open Box

The RME Digiface Ravenna delivers 256 channels of pristine quality digital audio with both USB 3.0 and standalone operation. This highly portable interface sports four RJ45 ports for 128-channel Ravenna communication with networked devices, as well as two coaxial BNC ports that can serve as word clock sync points or provide up to 64 channels of MADI digital audio, all supporting high-resolution sample rates up to 24-bit / 192 kHz.

A DC-coupled 1/4" headphone output feeds pro-quality stereo audio for monitors and can also be assigned as an analog line-level output source. The Digiface Ravenna is fully compatible with the free ARC USB interface drivers, TotalMix FX software routing/mixing program, and DigiCheck professional audio analysis tools. This audio interface can be powered via USB bus power or the included AC adapter, making it highly viable as the portable heart of complex digital audio rigs.

The combination of RME's renowned drivers (Mac/Windows) and DirectOut's Ravenna implementation offer a reliable and flexible networked computer audio interface. Equipped with the latest version of TotalMix FX it can not only route, but also mix, as many independent submixes as outputs are available. The included high quality phones output offers a quick listen to any audio channel, but can also be used as line output to provide an additional analog stereo mixdown.
