Zi200 earbuds feature dual high-definition micro balanced armature drivers with an acoustic filter and custom designed crossover, producing an extended, highly accurate audio response. For interference-free audio performance, Zi200 include a 3.75' cable with black braided wire that features a gold-plated, right angle 1/8″ (3.5mm) connector.
The lightweight Zi200 earbuds feature a sleek black finish, and contour to your ears with moldable ear hooks constructed of memory wire for a secure, customized fit. In addition, each set includes two pairs of Comply™ Premium Foam Tips and three pairs of silicon tips to provide exceptional sound isolation, as well as in-ear fit options. A 1/4″ adapter and hard, zippered carry case are also included.

All returns require authorization and original packaging otherwise we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
Defective or non-defective returns are processed differently. Items do not necessarily go back to the location from which they shipped.

Returned items that are lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility (which is YOU, when you return an item to us). It is important to send us and save the tracking information.
After receiving the item you must contact us within 30 days from the date of product receipt with the reason for the return and secure a Return authorization number (RA #) and return details.
